Refund and Returns Policy

At Adah Living, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary, and we have outlined our policy below to ensure a smooth and fair process for all parties involved.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
   
We accept returns and offer refunds on eligible items under the following conditions: The item is returned or we are contacted within 24 hours after purchase date or reception date. We will not be liable for refunds, returns or exchanges for non-contact after the quoted time period.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
The item is not a final sale or clearance item, as indicated at the time of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified return period to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns made without an RA number may not be accepted. Once you have received your RA number, please securely package the item and ship it back to us at your expense. Please include the RA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip inside the package.
Inspection and Approval:
Upon receipt of your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. If the item is deemed eligible for return, we will process your refund in accordance with our refund policy. Please note that refunds may be subject to restocking fees or deductions for return shipping costs, at our discretion.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase, excluding any shipping or handling charges. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Refunds are subject to approval and may be denied if the item does not meet our return eligibility criteria or if the return is made outside of the specified return period.

We do not offer exchanges for returned items. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original item following the return procedure outlined above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.Late or missing refunds

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should contact us and we will organize the most convenient location depending on where you are.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
